OTConsulting Inc. is a Dallas, TX based corporation. Its principal consultant is Herman Oosterwijk who has been involved with training and consulting in the healthcare imaging and IT domain for 25+ years. We have expertise in the area of interface specifications between medical devices and healthcare IT software and systems through participation of many years in standardization committees and working groups such as DICOM, H L7 and IHE.

Herman Oosterwijk has authored several textbooks and numerous articles about healthcare IT, in particular on the subject of Electronic Health Records (EHR), Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS), Teleradiology, and the Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) standard.
